Technical Features

The Princible of Homogenization;

The unhomogenized products enters valve area at high pressure and low velocity. As the products enters the adjustable, close clearance area between the valve and the seat, there is a rapid increase in velocity with a corresponding decrease in pressure. The intense energy release causes turbulence and localized pressure differences, which will tear appart the particles. The homogenized product impinges on the impact ring and exits at pressure sufficient for the next processing stage.

What is Homogenization?

One or several liquids substance in a very permanent way of micronized particles in the liquid to mix, increasing the surface area and dispersion of particles in the fluid as unchanged and homogeneous process is called homogenization.

What is the working principle Homogenizer?

The product under high pressure passes in between a narrow space. During this passing, the product is subject to high turbulence, laminar and cavitation force. Under the effect of this incident, the big particles are broken into pieces under high pressure and dispersed as equal and smaller particles.
